Arbitration board for consumers under Section 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB):
Consumers may apply for an arbitration process to be opened with the arbitration board Schlichtungsstelle Energie e.V. in order to settle disputes about the connection to the supply grid, the delivery of grid-based energy or energy measurements.As a prerequisite, you must first have contacted our Customer Service team and failed to arrive at a satisfactory solution.Participation in such proceedings is mandatory on our part.
We do not participate in other consumer arbitration processes.The consumer service of the Bundesnetzagentur (German Federal Grid Agency) also provides information about the applicable law, your rights as a residential customer and the dispute resolution process for the areas of electricity and gas.
